Oi! Please note the subtle difference between socialism and communism. And I'm no commie, I'm sick of tired of politics in general, be it left-wing or right-wing. By submitting this I was just reflecting on the power of symbols, how simple pictograms can provoke and/or unite. This includes symbols like, say, the good ol' stars and stripes.

Just because you don't understand something doesn't mean that you should hate it. You were probably born with the same blood beating heart as that of a communist, but never thought twice about that because you have been indoctrined from a young age to believe that capitalism, which I believe you to be a supporter, as socialism is too close to communism for your comfort, that communism is evil and a GREAT threat to American civil freedom. But, communist, overall, are not a violent lot. The only fight because they must. When this country wanted freedom, and, oh yes, democracy, they had to fight for it. And now, because communism came later and we are so set ino ur ways, it is evil because it tries to change the status quo and we can't let that happen! No! Stone the heretic! Besides, two things I can think off in the USA are communistic: Welfare and the first line of the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independance. First, capitalism lets those who cannot work, or cannot work hard enough, fast enough, or good enough to starve. Communism, on the other hand, lets these people live by still paying them. So, welfare is a communistic reform so that this country can look more pro-human rights. Next, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal." So said a bunch of white, Christian slave owners, and now say you. And yet, you always go around judging people about what they drive, or who they're with, or what you do and don't like about them. And you can make more money, not on increased merit, but just because the boss likes you better than the creative freak across the hall. Well, communism lets everyone be equal and fulfills this line of the constitution. Eliminate hate. I am equal to you and you are equal to me, so do not belittle my ideas as stupid and I shant have to do so for you. But an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth, and maybe when the world is black and blue enough, it will take a time out and see how stupid we've all been. Nothing is ever easy.
